SpringBoard Incubators Inc is a 501(c)(3) organization HQ in Garden City, New York.  Our mission is to “bridge the digital & knowledge divide” through our hands-on techniques and learning modules.  We are focused on delivering unique courses, workshops, and opportunities to underserved communities and minority students.

We provide STEM Proposal for University programs, School Districts and Community Based Organizations (CBO) Below are highlights of some of the workshops and courses we provide to our customers.

UNIVERSITY PROGRAMS

SUNY OW STEP

Cybersecurity for Everyone

The Cybersecurity course focuses on teaching students the fundamentals of web application security with the aim of providing a foundational level of knowledge matched with offensive and defensive skills developed through hands-on experience. Students will learn the basics of cybersecurity and common vulnerabilities and attacks, receiving hands-on practice in both exploitation techniques and strategies for protecting and hardening applications. Developed in partnership with Facebook, the course introduces a wide range of topics via a combination of sessions, videos, projects, and labs, giving students both a thorough grounding in the details of cybersecurity and an introduction to the broader landscape of information security.

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

Topics Covered in this Course include: A brief history of AI and what the future holds for AI.  Students will learn how to implement the different machine learning models with hands-on coding exercises in Classifiers, Regression, and Clusters, Students will code Deep Learning models using Neural Networks with the emphasis on Predictive Analytics applied to Financial Services & Healthcare.

Students will also be introduced to Artificial Intelligence concepts such as Predicate Calculus, Inference in First-Order Logic, and Knowledge Representation is used with AI Logical Agents and Intelligent Agents.  Students will get an overview of Generative AI implementation such as ChatGPT as a LLM, best practices and prompt engineering best practices.
