Dr. Lindo at SUNY Farmingdale College Lecture on Data Science

Recently the Liberty Partnerships Program, LPP collaborated with CSTEP (Collegiate Science & Technology Entry Program) to provide comprehensive learning support with a one-on-one approach during a Coding Languages & Software Workshop. LPP students from EW Miles Middle School in Amityville came to Farmingdale State College to develop their coding skills instructed by Dr. Steven Lindo, from SpringBoard Incubators.

Dr. Lindo taught the students basics of coding, coding languages, software and emphasized the importance of gaining knowledge in this area. Above all, they discovered the role coding plays for research purposes, statistics, career opportunities, and more.
